Answer. We guarantee to have our apartments ready for check-in from 3pm. If you are arriving earlier, you can always drop off your bags with prior arrangement.
Answer. The check-out time for all apartments is 11am. For Harrys, City and Loft please leave the keys in the lock box by the door of your apartment or with reception at the Hotel.If you are staying at Beau Street or Kingsmead Street, we ask you to deposit both sets of keys into the black post box located on the ground floor.
Answer. We operate an online checking in and out policy. This fom will be sent to you 2 days befre checking in and must be completed in full. Please note, if this hasn't been completed on the day of arrival, you'd be required to check in an collect keys from the Haringtons Hotel
